We value our sponsors' support and recognize their valuable investment in women leaders across Virginia. Sponsorship opportunities will run for the duration of the Women Impact Virginia Summit 2024 program. Each level of support allows you to increase your level of visibility and engagement.
Sponsor Levels
Platinum Sponsor (Exclusive Presenting Sponsor) - $5,000
- Recognition of sponsor during opening and closing remarks
- Opportunity to address conference attendees during opening session (video or message)
- Opportunity to supply branded swag
- Two complimentary tickets to participate in the summit, "SPONSOR" ribbon on nametag

- Inclusion of sponsorship PowerPoint slide (created by sponsor) displayed on rotation during breaks and between sessions
- Opportunity to display two organization banners at the event (retractable)

NOTE: Please provide a high-resolution JPG or PNG file of your company's logo for inclusion in summit materials by Aug. 1 to impact@vt.edu. Submissions (including PowerPoint slides which must be designed and provided by the sponsor). Materials received after the deadline are not guaranteed to be included in materials.
