40 graduate from Language and Culture Institute

Students from Virginia Tech’s Language and Culture Institute celebrated the culmination of their programs with a graduation ceremony. Students from the Intensive English Program and AdvantageVT program were recognized — several receiving certificates of outstanding achievement.

The graduation celebration featured laughter as audience members vied for door prizes and graduates shared photo montages of their semesters at the LCI. Students and faculty also shared meaningful remarks during graduation speeches. Most graduates will embark on full-time undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech beginning in the fall.
