Virginia Tech launched its International Faculty Development Program (IFDP) in 2005 with the goal of advancing the internationalization of the university community through the development of faculty expertise and leadership in the global arena. The program facilitates the development of international partnerships and collaborations that enrich faculty members’ scholarship activities in learning, discovery, and engagement.
